INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

Wooden roofs are the most common today that are made giving a traditional and elegant look. This way of construction requires proper design for the durability of the roof and to make a nice aesthetic end result to the user.

The large cross-section of wood that will be used as the mainframe of the construction (trusses) must be the most suitable for the roof that you will build. Then the surface will be painted with visible boards (rabote) or common wood. The membrane will be placed to protect the structure (waterproofing).

Then you make the frame that will touch the tiles of Roman type, French with frames (beams). If it is to place a Byzantine type tile, wooden beams are not placed because the tiles are placed with mud. Between the rafters and depending on the construction, the construction will be thermally insulated with insulated sheets of extruded polystyrene, stone wool and various other materials depending on your choice.
